When a generation is confirmed failed, its credits are returned automatically. You can check task and refund status in Creations. A timeout may need further review, and a pending refund is not yet credited to your balance.
Monthly plans bill and grant credits each month. Yearly plans charge once for the year and grant the full annual allowance upfront: 6,000 Basic, 18,000 Pro, or 36,000 Ultra credits. The displayed monthly price is the annual price divided by twelve.
The number depends on your selected model's credit quote. The Create button shows the exact cost before submission. Your balance determines how many generations you can make.
